Dries Van Noten offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain categories, such as fragrance and cosmetics, must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Access your order history through your personal account or the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-printed return label is securely attached to the exterior.

  Complimentary Collection

  Schedule a pickup with our designated courier service or drop off your package at an authorized collection point using the provided prepaid shipping documentation.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
